About IX All-Russian competition of professional skill held on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the State Automobile Inspectorate in Moscow Oblast, Russian Federation on June 26-July 1, 2016

Ibrahimov Emil Alamdar, chief police sergeant, Road Patrol Service inspector of the 8th division of Road Patrol Service Regiment directly subject to the State Traffic Police Office of Baku Main Police Department, participating in the IX All-Russian competition of professional skill for the nomination of the "Best Road Patrol Service Employee of State Inspectorate of Traffic Movement Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" held on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the State Automobile Inspectorate in Domodedovo city of the Moscow Oblast, Russian Federation on June 26-July 1, 2016 was awarded with the 1st place among Road Patrol Service employees of the CIS countries invited to the event.

The competitions were mainly held in the following categories:

-    Special training - traffic rules, regulation and control of traffic movement;
-    Technical-criminalistics - special and operative- mechanical means;
-    Medical training - theoretical section and first medical aid to the injured in traffic accidents;
-    Shooting training - knowledge level on gun parts and safety rules, implementation of shooting training standards, practice firing exercise;
-    Physical training -  combat maneuvers and chin-ups, 1km running.

In the competition each category was assessed with points and the places were determined in conformity with the employees' scores.
It should be noted that the 2nd and 3rd places were taken by the Belarusian and the Ossetian employees, respectively.
The awards were presented by currently retired Police General Lieutenant Vladimir Fyodorov who had been the Head of the State Automobile Inspectorate in 1990-2002.
