A father who did not comply with the legal requirement of the traffic police and his disabled son who did not have the right to drive were detained

On 24.10.2022 Mammadov Kamandar Ali, the driver of the “Kamaz” truck with the state registration number 50-BN-503 and Mammadov Taleh Kamandar, the driver of the “Kamaz” truck with state registration number 44-CD-413, his son, who is disabled and does not have the right to drive was given a “stop” sign at the stationary posts of the 7th platoon of the Traffic Patrol Service Regiment of the Main State Police Department located in Kurdamir and Hajigabul regions, ignoring this, they passed the police officers in their cars and continued their actions.

Later, as a result of the measures taken, the father and son were detained, and administrative protocols were drawn up and sent to the Hajigabul district court for consideration under the relevant articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

By a court decision, K. Mammadov was placed under administrative arrest, and his son T. Mammadov was fined 200 manats, given his limited health.
