Appeal of the Main State Traffic Police Department to drivers regarding the repair and installation works on the Baku-Guba road

A temporary change was made in the organization of traffic on the 128.6th kilometer of the Baku-Guba-Russian Federation state border highway, due to the installation of electronic scales on both sides of the road. In order to  ensure safety on the road and to regulate traffic intensity, the STP is currently taking the necessary measures.
But unfortunately, there are impatient drivers who try to bypass restricted areas of the road by using an unsurfaced road to reach the main roads and this causes accidents such as slips, overturns, collisions, artificial congestion, as well as legitimate dissatisfaction among other traffic participants.

The Main State Traffic Police Department of the MIA appeals to drivers to be careful when driving in the said area, to comply with the requirements of temporary road signs, traffic rules, understand the current situation and treat other road users with respect in order to avoid accidents and other unpleasant incidents.
