The suspect was driving a car with a false license plate and no license
15.02.2024It turned out that the state registration plate of the car “Jiguli”, which was stopped by police officers of the TPS Regiment of the Main STP Department for violating traffic rules, was forged. The investigation revealed the following: Vidadi Yusifov, resident of Absheron district, who does not have the right to drive a vehicle not only was he searched for under the relevant article of the Criminal Code, but he also drove the said car “VAZ 2107” with the state registration number 90-FL-009, which he made using a forged method, without a power of attorney. Action was taken against the person in accordance with administrative law and the person was handed over to the relevant police agency for further investigation.
