Address of the Main STP Department to the drivers and automobile owners on vehicles’ fire safety
06.07.2021Our observations show that sometimes vehicles catch on fire due to technical derangements in the electrical systems of private automobiles, especially buses intended for general use or during road accidents, and it is impossible timely to prevent fire for unavailability of firefighters in the automobile, which leads serious complications.
Notwithstanding that firefighters are required during the vehicles’ technical inspection, some people carelessly get the firefighter for the purpose of passing technical inspection of their vehicles, and then return it. Therefore, firefighter cannot be found in the vehicle at the right time.
Taking into account the aforementioned, the Main State Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs asks drivers and vehicle owners to regularly monitor the technical condition of their automobiles for their and passengers’ safety, as well as absolutely to provide the vehicles with firefighters for preventing fire accidents timely.
